My top priority is happy customers. However, we only accept returns on special occasions. We do most of our products custom and personalized. Keep in mind that being the case Im not able to resell them if they are returned. However if the product is damaged in shipping or it arrives broken or in some way it is deflective, I'll do everything in my power to make you a happy customer. Please take several photos before contacting me. I'll need to assess the damage.
